This face oil is fantastic for those with sensitive skin and needing some nourishing in the most gentle manner. This oil is to be massaged into skin in the evenings after your facial mist or can be added into moisturiser in the AM.
WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT – INGREDIENTS
Avocado Oil is obtained from the ripe fruits of the avocado tree (Persea americana) and is rich in unsaturated fatty acid content. It is especially high in oleic acid (Omega-9), linoleic acid (Omega-6), dermal palmitoleic acid, potassium, and vitamins A, B1, D & E.
Macadamia Oil is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and palmitoleic acid (promotes soft skin) as well as Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. It is a highly nourishing oil for mature and ageing skin. This non pore-clogging and non-irritating oil is well known for its components that combine with skin lipids to condition and nourish, leaving skin smooth and soft and providing a protective barrier against moisture loss.
Apricot Kernel Oil is effective to help soothe inflamed, irritated, chapped and dry skin, and acts as an excellent skin moisturiser. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it great for reducing signs of eczema and psoriasis, helping to decrease redness and itchiness.
CLAY MASK
This French white kaolin clay is extremely calming and soothing on the skin. It’s a great acne fighter and gently exfoliating. Reducing inflammation and purifies the skin. This mask can be used weekly on all skin types, a must have in all bathrooms.
HOW TO USE –
Mix 2x teaspoons of clay with 2x teaspoons of water. Mix until a yogurt like consistency, apply onto clean skin with a brush and leave for 8-10 minutes. While mask is still slightly damp, remove with a warm face washer.
(For best results use once or twice weekly after cleansing skin)

FACIAL CUPS INFO PLEASE READ –
When you squeeze your Facial Cup onto an area of your face, a gentle suction is created. This draws blood flow towards the surface of your skin. This increased blood flow in the skin underneath the cup and surrounding tissues encourages the formation of new blood vessels.
The suction also creates a controlled mini-trauma in the skin (in the same way as micro-needling and derma-rollers would), which prompts a natural healing process in the skin. More oxygenated blood flows to the area, collagen and fibroblast production is stimulated, and the skin cells are encouraged to reproduce.

Do not use Facial Cupping if you have:
- Botox or filler in the area you are cupping

- Very thin skin that bruises easily

Please read the safety guide carefully:
Always start using a gentle suction technique. With practice your skin will become accustomed to cupping and you will soon be able to apply a stronger suction technique if necessary.
Avoid leaving cups in the same spot as bruising may occur. Keep them sliding across your skin.
Always make sure you use enough oil for slip on the skin. Without enough oil you wont get a nice glide and may cause bruising.
