Here at Hands of Mine I like to treat each and every skin as individual, this is something I am extremely passionate about as I see no two skins are alike. Each facial is tailor made to you and your skin/energy’s needs on the day, I like to think of it like a truly intuitive approach.

HEALING HANDS

One of Mary’s all time favourite facials to practice. She has now gone on to educate over 40 therapists in this technique through her professional run training programme.
Combining the power of her signature massage technique. Sculptural massage, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue fascia release to gain a sculpted lifted complexion – Gua Sha to help boost the bloods circulation and aid in the clearing of stagnant toxins, treating the tissue to support function of the skin. Leaving the skin feeling less puffy, dull and congested. Along with facial cupping and finishing with a brightening infused Jelly mask.
Intuitive energy healing is then performed to incorporate the bodies integration, clearing stagnant energy and grounding the full body as one. Ancient shamanic drumming, tuning forks and pendulum attuning are performed on an intuitive level. This facial is a must for those who are in serious need to be truly held. This experience heals on a. soul level.
THE WORKOUT

The pre event facial.
Having spent time working and training with Facegym during my time spent in the UK I gained a whole new world of knowledge and techniques. We spend so much time toning the muscles in our body but seemed to have completely forgotten about the 40 muscles we have in our face. This facial no longer lets these muscles be neglected, this is an intense yet relaxing full face workout.
Each and every muscle is stimulated, trained and manipulated to gain a tighter, brighter and younger complexion.
Complete with a 25-minute hands on workout and the use of an EMS (Electrical muscle stimulating machine) to give instant facelift results.
This is perfect for those concerned with the effects of ageing or are wanting an alternative that works, instead of going down the injectable route.

BUCCAL FACIAL

This facial goes to the deepest parts of the facial tissue. Complete with the muscles from the inside of the mouth being treated. An absolute must if you suffer from TMJ jaw tension issues. Every move during the Buccal Facial is highly considered to release blockages and improve the skin’s performance. The lifting techniques used to sculpt and de-puff the skin are extremely powerful yet deeply relaxing, there is also full face facial cupping included and the use of EMS (Electrical muscle stimulation) to help tighten and lift the muscles even further.
