BOOKING POLICY

Here at Hands Of Mine I am a one women band. Time has been given to simply you for your special treatment. I understand life happens and that things come up or you may change your mind.

Yet we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, simply giving us enough time to fill the time that had been aside for you.

If this criteria is not met, it will result in being charged 50% of your scheduled appointment to cover for our time of lost appointment.
Please note this will be reviewed in certain circumstances.
